He has over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer, consultant, mediator, arbitrator, and trial consultant. Nigel`s extensive senior in house and private practice background covers all facets of insurance and reinsurance claims management, technical advice, ADR, and risk assessment. This makes him sought after where impartiality and candor are appreciated. Nigel works nationally for plaintiff lawyers, defense lawyers, and insurers and reinsurers. Nigel also undertakes claims operations and audit projects for carriers where imagination and the ability to get to the root of the issue are critical.
