Nigel’s domestic and international arbitration background encompasses multiple forums including AAA, Arias, ICC (Paris and London), NAI, UNCITRAL, and ad hoc arbitrations under the English Arbitration Act. Nigel, who is a registered arbitrator, has been involved in many of the leading arbitrations faced by arbitrators including Bermuda Form disputes. Nigel understands the arbitration process and will work to ensure that the parties` expectation of impartiality, experience and legal jurisprudence are always at the forefront of his work as an arbitrator. Nigel acts both as a single arbitrator and on arbitral panels. Nigel`s experience and background enable him to bring a practicality to the role that participants appreciate.
